We wanted to write and maintain this web site to help wheelchair-users to find out information about the Heritage Railways and Centres. This information might help the wheelchair-user prepare for a visit.

Our family has one member who uses a wheelchair full-time, so we are able to add our own impressions of the facilities provided during visits to Railways and Centres.

No particular favour of any Railway or Centre is intended, and any criticism is intended to be "just as we found it". Reviews of visits from other wheelchair-users is welcomed, as we prefer to use visitor contributions.
